Amandine Hermeline, an apprentice surveyor at Eiffage Route, received the apprenticeship award!

Infrastructures Division

Congratulations to Amandine Hermeline - an apprentice topographical surveyor with Eiffage Route - who was awarded the apprenticeship prize by the Seine-Maritime section of the Société des membres de la Légion d'honneur (SMLH)!

A pupil at the Lycée Jean XXIII in Yvetot (76), Amandine was chosen from among 30 winners from various CFA training centres, and was rewarded on the basis of criteria including merit, the quality of her career plan, her social environment and her interpersonal skills in terms of civic values and commitment to serving others.
The recognition thus bestowed on the winners - in the presence of their families, trainers, company managers, apprenticeship supervisors and training centre directors - helps to promote and enhance this apprenticeship pathway.
Through this intergenerational operation, the SMLH wants to encourage apprenticeship to help young people find their way and wishes to reward the most deserving apprentices.
