Designed by the Tangram architectural firm in a resolutely contemporary style, the 11,900 m² Triptik Residence consists of three buildings including:
- a service residence of 93 apartments and 24 social housing units acquired by operator 13 Habitat,
- 107 housing units under accession,
- 16 intermediate dwellings acquired by Vilogia,
- 811 m² of offices,
- 171 parking spaces on 2 levels.
The design of this building is based on a strong base, in relation to the structural elements in the vicinity, such as the new road, the Huveaune and the motorway.
In environmental matters, the construction of the residence meets the requirements of the 2012 RT thermal regulation.
A 10-minute drive from the Old Port, at the junction between the districts of La Capelette-Timone and Saint Loup, the Triptik program is located in a changing area that is part of the renewal of Marseille Grand-Est.
It is a new neighbourhood that is emerging in this former working-class village where the Baudouin engine factory was located. The area has all the necessary amenities (school establishments from kindergarten to high school, shopping centres and sports facilities) and allows to enjoy many green spaces: Marseille Canal, Saint-Jean hillsThys, Saint-Cyr Park, not to mention the 110 hectares of Bruyères Park.
