The 5-star Hotel Victoria (Maison Albar Hotels collection) (R+5) will include: 132 rooms and suites, a 600m2 spa, a swimming pool, a fitness area, a rooftop with swimming pool, bar, restaurant and swimming pool, a conference centre with meeting rooms, and three basement levels.
The overall project, known as "Park Avenue Nice", also includes a shopping arcade of upmarket boutiques (11 units in all).
The entire project will be spread over a total surface area of almost 7,600 m2.
The exceptional seafront location promises superb views from the panoramic top floor. This luxurious commercial project was designed by the architects of the Jean-Paul Gomis Architecture group and is currently being built by our teams in Nice.
More specifically, our teams are working in macro-lots on the entire project.
The challenges they face include the structure of the swimming pool on the ground floor (R+6), the top-of-the-range finishes and the monumental staircase. There are also a number of logistical difficulties that our employees have to contend with on a daily basis, such as the nearby Armenian Park construction site and the complex access to the Meridien car park, which make their comings and goings more and more complicated.
The retail units will be available in the second quarter of 2023, and the Park Avenue Nice complex is due to open in the first quarter of 2024.Well done to our teams for completing this XXL luxury project!
