Eiffage Immobilier announces the signature of a VEFA with the association Les Papillons Blancs de la Colline for a project for an Etablissement et Service d'Aide par le Travail in Clamart (92), in partnership with COFFIM.

The project will be carried out by the project manager COTEC and the architectural firms ARCAS/JENNY & LAKATOS. The building, with 1,774 m² of floor space on the ground floor and R+1 and 2 in the basement, will be located at the foot of the VIRTUOSE real estate programme, in the heart of the Grand Canal district.

It aims to achieve NF HQE and E2C1 certification.

Work will start in February 2023 and will be completed in the third quarter of 2025.
