With a floor area of 8,930 sqm and designed by Laurent Fournet Architecte, "Les Jardins de Rodin" offers 149 flats, divided into four floors from studios to 4-room apartments. Most of the flats have a large balcony or terrace, or even a private garden at the heart of the block. 176 underground parking spaces complete the programme.
One of its notable features is its modern and elegant silhouette, completed by attics overhung by inverted roofs.
In addition to its many outdoor spaces, the program is certified NF Habitat HQE, and complies with the RT 2012 (- 10%), which attests to its low energy consumption. "This is a quality benchmark for healthy, safe and comfortable housing, as well as a performance benchmark for sustainable housing," say COFFIM and Eiffage Immobilier in unison, both committed to sustainable development. "It also validates our ability to comply with very strict rules concerning the design, construction and customer services of our operations".
Buildings A, B and C of the residence are located between Chemin des Prunais and Avenue Auguste-Rodin in Villiers-sur-Marne (94), close to the RER E and RER A stations, as well as the future station of line 15 "Bry-Villiers-Champagny". The work was carried out by Eiffage Construction Résidentiel. The fourth and final building will be completed by May.
Building A has been sold to Vilogia, which is offering its 40 units acquired under the PLS (Social Rental Loan) and PSLA (Social rent-to-own loan) schemes; the other three buildings (109 units) have been sold to In'li.
