The legal framework for this development comprises :
- a VEFA for 16 homes, including 4 social rental homes and 12 intermediate rental homes with Hauts-de-Seine Habitat,
- a VEFA for the remaining 82 homes with Groupe 3F (a subsidiary of the Action Logement group), backed by a construction lease with Foncière de la Transformation Immobilière (a subsidiary of the same group).
The development is certified to NF Habitat HQE very high performance level and will meet the requirements of the RT 2012 - 20% thermal regulations. It is also aiming for the Biodivercity® label.
The project was designed by architects MPA and 163 Ateliers. Work will be supervised by the Antiope design office and will start in summer 2023, with handover scheduled for the third quarter of 2025.
