The legal structure of the project consists of :
- A building lease with Foncière de la Transformation Immobilière,
- A VEFA for 59 homes with Groupe 3F, a subsidiary of the Action Logement Group, including 7 PLUS homes and 52 LLI homes,
- The signing of a BRS (Bail Réel Solidaire) contract for 16 homes with Office Foncier Solidaire des Yvelines.
This is the first Bail Réel Solidaire project signed by Eiffage Immobilier, and it draws on the advantages of this new form of home ownership to give more people the opportunity to become homeowners, despite soaring property prices.
Ideally located on the edge of the forest, close to the A86 motorway and Jouy-en-Josas RER C station, the residence, designed by DGM and monitored by BMF Management in collaboration with DGM architect Antoine Delaire, will offer flats from 2- to 5-room with balconies or terraces.
The development has NF Habitat HQE and RE2020 certification, and is aiming for NF Habitat HQE Très Performant certification.
Work began in May 2023, with completion scheduled for late 2024.
