As part of the development work on the public spaces of the LaVallée eco-district, SEMOP* Châtenay-Malabry was responsible for the construction of an underground parking lot, which is essential to the needs of users and local residents. This parking lot was officially handed over to the City of Châtenay-Malabry on 25 March 2022, which will have it operated by Vallée Sud Mobilités.
This project, carried out as a general contractor by Eiffage Construction, was made possible thanks to the collaborative work of our teams with LA/BA in charge of the architecture, OPUSIA for the project management, GINGER CEBTP for the geotechnical design office, and Bureau VERITAS for the control office.
Covered with a prefabricated slab, and located under the future Place LaVallée, a true point of entry to the eco-district, this parking lot is part of a lively and innovative neighborhood. Located at the foot of a T10 streetcar stop, it will help manage mobility and the various modes of travel.
To put in a nutshell, the underground parking of the LaVallée eco-district is :
- 282 spaces for light vehicles, including 56 spaces dedicated to electric vehicles, 32 of which are fast charging spaces
- 42 spaces for two-wheelers
- 3 basement levels of 3000 m2
- 18 months of work
The project has an important societal aspect with 5,500 hours of integration carried out for its realization.
Congratulations to our teams for this delivery, and thanks to our partners!
