Villeneuve d'Ascq: Eiffage Construction wins a new energy-efficient renovation of more than 100 housing units

The operation has just been signed! The "TRIOLO" project has taken shape on the premises of Lille Métropole Habitat in Tourcoing: our teams will rehabilitate 102 social housing units and build 5 new ones in the town centre of Villeneuve d'Ascq, in the suburbs of Lille.

In terms of architecture, the original building is characteristic of the city's large constructions with its complex diamond-shaped geometrical forms.

Designed by the TANDEM+ and BENVENUTI agencies, the thermal rehabilitation work on the façades will aim to restore a contemporary cachet to these façades while respecting the original spirit.

The project is aiming for the BBC Rénovation label, which will make the residence part of a sustainable construction approach, a further illustration of the Eiffage Group's environmental approach.
