This project was successfully completed in accordance with the initial schedule — a little over one year of construction. 

“We are handing over to Air Liquide Polska a turnkey project comprising specialized buildings with all the necessary infrastructure. Thanks to the experience of our teams, the works were carried out on time and in line with the client’s requirements,” said Marek Kowalik, Member of the Management Board and Chief Operating Officer of Eiffage Polska Budownictwo.

A comprehensive and technical construction site, the contract included the construction of:
• a production hall dedicated to filling industrial gases and their mixtures,
• an administrative and social building,
• as well as all associated technical infrastructures.

The scope of work included complete earthworks, site development including shelters and storage areas, internal roads, as well as the retention and evaporation basin, building construction, installation works (excluding the bottle-filling technology), finishing, façade and roofing works, equipment, and external connections (excluding the electrical connection).

The project incorporates high-performance technical solutions, including a cascade of air-to-air heat pumps providing both heating and cooling, controlled by an advanced automation system to optimize thermal comfort. The building also features a heat recovery system for domestic hot water production and a rooftop photovoltaic installation.
