As part of its CSR policy and its commitment to a more agile and sustainable work environment, FDJ United entrusted Yousense, an audiovisual and smartbuilding integrator, with the design and deployment of an innovative service application: ROOMY.

An application focused on the employee experience

Available on web and mobile, ROOMY simplifies access to collaborative spaces on FDJ's Vitrolles and Delta sites (Paris). The solution allows each employee to:

View floor plans and real-time occupancy,
Geolocation within the building,
Easily book a meeting room. Designed for a fluid and intuitive experience, ROOMY supports the transformation of working methods by promoting flex office.

Technological synergy serving usage

This project mobilized the cross-expertise of FDJ United, YOUSENSE teams, and specialized partners in Smart Building solutions. Presence sensors, occupancy indicators, and geolocation terminals have been integrated into the FDJ digital ecosystem, ensuring complete interoperability with Microsoft 365 tools and guaranteeing a high level of security and reliability.
