The extensive tertiary complex comprises three main buildings and contains 7,400 m2 of office space, 1,150 m2 of shops, 9,300 m2 of housing and 450 m2 of services, including a nursery. However, the centre will also include two other buildings: a 1,900 m2 logistics hub for Parisian transport network RATP, and a 291-space car park on four levels.
Our team is already at work, and is to gain momentum and be split in two from June onwards in order to carry through this project and complete the extensive electrical work required in the centre's five buildings. The first group will work on the logistics hub and BE office building comprising the northern part of the site (located north of avenue de Joinville) while the second group will take charge of work in the southern part, including the car park and the other two office and service buildings BA and BR.
Our teams will link up the standard HV/LV connections and install fire protection systems throughout the centre. The BE office building must be compliant with environmental quality standards and will thus be provided with a Building Automation System (BAS) to control the opening and closing of roller blinds, lighting and air-conditioning from a distance.
Work started in October 2016 and is scheduled for completion in July 2018, enabling the centre's inauguration to take place in October 2018.
