You said ecodistrict?
PhosphoreCity^®, the « serious game » of urban planning created by Eiffage, allows you to sketch an urban complex project while reaching a high level of quality of life and environmental performance.
It is the result of the works of the internal laboratory "ecodistrict" of Eiffage which gathers multidisciplinary skills stemming from all the jobs by the Group and will strengthen the visibility of Eiffage Aménagement as interior designer of the sustainable city. To realize it, Eiffage leaned on the company Enodo, the specialist of the video game applied to the town planning and to the architecture.

Under a playful dynamics, the player builds his own ecodistrict according to the peculiarities of his territory and his project of landscaping by choosing among more than hundred 3D elements. The player has a large panel of adapted solutions. An evolutive score characterizes the profits of each of its choices, for the environment, living together and the local economy.

The educational dynamics of PhosphoreCity® develops the skills, stimulates the creativity and makes the solutions of landscaping urban development a reality upstream to the urbanistic and architectural stages.
From the elected representative to the local resident, from the town planner to the architect, all can seize the urban complexity to play, create, compare, estimate. PhosphoreCity® allows all this and brings:

• the intuitive understanding of complex concepts and their interactions,
• a common playful language between stakeholders of the same project,
• a first level of decision-making support,
• a synthesis of solutions adapted with regard to the stakes in the territory and in the project.

Today, a demonstration of the game will be presented to the BIM World Paris on 2018 in the presence of Benoit de Ruffray, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the group Eiffage.
The game PhosphoreCity® will soon be given to all the customers and the prospects of Eiffage on the web site of Eiffage Aménagement.
