A new historic step has been taken: the Armelle tunnel boring machine has finished digging the line 16 of our lot! By crossing the Hugo wall at Blanc-Mesnil, it signs the completion of the 13,000 m route between Aulnay-sous-Bois and Saint-Ouen.
