This weekend at « Le Tank » coworking space in Paris, various start-ups and companies took part in this sustainable urbanism marathon, launched by the Ministries of Housing and Environment. Eiffage team gathered several collaborators of different Eiffage entities :
- Eiffage Construction : Sofiane Chikh
- Eiffage Energie : Jean-Michel Batto and Aleaume Muller
- Sustainable Development and Cross Innovation Department (Holding) : Iswann Ali Benali, Ingrid Cheung, Julie Fournier
This synergy made the difference.
The team, which gathered several collaborators of different entities of Eiffage, was glad to participate to this intense two-days sustainable urbanism marathon
Their amazing idea was successfully rewarded:
- 1st prize of the jury, given by Emmanuelle Cosse (Minister of Housing)
- FFTB partner’s prize (French Federation of tiles and brick)
- And the IGN award (geographical and forest information national institute)
After working hard for two and a half days and being immersed in the digital world of sustainable cities, Eiffage team stood out in front of the jury with their four-minutes-final pitch. The jury was composed of minister representatives, public agencies and public works companies.
To struggle against housing crisis and urban sprawl, they presented a tool to help « build cities on cities ». Tétricité’s online platform aims at helping co-owners to determine the elevation potential of their own building. It also estimates their project’s financial profit, and models sustainable construction and real estate programming, in 3D. Finally, it enables the link between co-owners and developers.
Full marks to the Eiffage team for the wonderful “tiercé” which can make the difference for our future.
Reminder: This weekend Eiffage had taken part in the #HackUrba event: the opportunity to become familiar with the new creative methods of the collaborative economy and to reinforce once again the synergy between the branches.
