Mobil'Emploi works towards removing barriers to mobility for people facing economic hardship or who are at risk of exclusion in four areas of France (Ain, Isère, Savoie and Haute-Savoie). 1,200 people receive support every year.

The association is buying an automatic driving instructor vehicle, in order to help 60 people a year with learning difficulties or disabilities pass their driving test and so improve their job prospects.
The Eiffage Foundation is supporting the initiative with the help of José Falceto, a retired works manager at Eiffage Construction.
