The Eiffage Foundation is supporting the Tête Haute professional integration enterprise, which grows its own organic hops and aims to help unemployed people secure work through the production of craft beers near Nantes (Loire-Atlantique).

Located in Le Cellier (Loire-Atlantique) and created by two brothers who are passionate about brewing, Tête Haute is the first artisan brewery to become an agreed professional integration enterprise in France.

Since the spring, it has been using its own organic hop farm; craft beer production is due to start in October 2018, and the business will employ one person on a back-to-work scheme.

Julien Beaufils, pipeline director at Eiffage Génie Civil is supporting the project and applied to the Eiffage Foundation for funding to buy a fermenter, used to mature the beer.
