On the Bezons grade-separated flyover project, a kilometre-long overpass ordered by French rail operator SNCF Réseau as part of the extension to Eole (Parisian suburban train line E), the first bowstring arch components are being fitted.

The 96-m structure topped with an arch rising to 23 m above the deck is scheduled for completion by Ascension weekend. It Is currently being assembled beside the railway tracks by Eiffage Métal, while the deck slab is to be constructed by Eiffage Génie Civil. Between 30 May and 2 June, a spectacular installation operation is to take place on the SNCF railway lines which will be completely closed to traffic for 88 hours.

Bezons overpass, entrusted to Eiffage Génie Civil as leader of a consortium including Eiffage Métal and Eiffage Travaux Maritimes et Fluviaux,  is the most emblematic structure on the Eole link-up with the existing SNCF tracks. It is over a kilometre long and apart from this bowstring arch, includes an access bridge with encased girders, a 378-m rail bridge with low side beams, connecting structures, and a 350 m through-girder footbridge.
