Like other top athletes supported by the Eiffage Group, Valentin Belaud signed the Performance Pact with APRR in 2016.
The modern pentathlon champion now offers the Group's employees the chance to follow his preparation via his blog and share with him all the highlights and emotions of his sporting adventure.
And there is no lack of major sporting events on the horizon for Valentin over the coming years, ranging from national championships to international ones, such as the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo of course and, beyond that, the Paris Olympics in 2024.
 
One of the most demanding Olympic sports
The modern pentathlon has been an Olympic Games event since 1912. Made up of five disciplines – fencing, freestyle swimming, equestrian show jumping, pistol shooting and cross country running – it is highly demanding and requires a great deal of preparation and a wide range of sporting abilities.
