The Etablissement du service d'infrastructure de la Défense (ESID)* in Île-de-France has awarded the work to secure the Saint-Cyr-l'École military high school grounds to a consortium led by Eiffage Génie Civil (lead contractor) under the Ævia brand, with Pradeau Morin of Eiffage Construction and Eiffage Energie Systèmes, under the Clemessy brand.

After refurbishing the school's surrounding walls, Ævia is securing the Saint-Cyr l'École military high school by reinforcing the foundations of the enclosure walls and renovating, but also reorganising the accesses to the school.

For their part, Pradeau Morin's teams are responsible for the construction of the masonry of the surrounding wall of the listed building. Over a length of 230 meters, nearly 77 m³ of dressed stone will be used to shape the wall lining the front of the guards' pavilion as well as the basement walls of the site's wire mesh fences.

Eiffage Energie Systèmes' electricians are responsible for supplying power to the new annex building housing the filtering station, as well as installing the earth network and equipotential bonding. The Clemessy teams must also commission the various electrical switchboards and install the lighting (normal and security) for the filtering station. The fire detection system and the specific power supplies for the security equipment (harrows, surveillance cameras, etc.) will also be installed by them.

This vast project, which requires the expertise of the Eiffage Group's business lines, is a fine example of synergy.
