GRESB - 2020

APRR garners 4-star rating on the international stage

Grupa APRR

The APRR Group continues its progress in the GRESB extra-financial assessment area. With 22 points more than in 2019, APRR posts the highest rise in its class.

The GRESB (Global real estate sustainability benchmark) is a private body which each year assesses and benchmarks the environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance of different companies worldwide. It provides the capital markets with standardised, validated data. APRR has been rated by the GRESB since 2017.

In 2020, APRR stood out from its peers by a major leap forward - 22 points more than in 2019, with a score of 77 out of 100. The Group keeps its number two ranking in its business sector in Europe (out of seven organisations assessed). “This independent analysis is an opportunity for us to enhance all the components of our fully assumed social responsibility and benchmark ourselves against the best international practices. It encourages us to pursue our work on points for improvement raised by the GRESB,” says Claire Brun, the APRR Group sustainable development representative.

The ESG criteria help investors make their choices, with the APRR score giving them visibility of the Group's CSR performance, above and beyond the financial results alone.
