Eiffage Métal at the Musée d'Orsay

After 13 months of work, the restoration of the East tympanum of the Musée d'Orsay, carried out for Oppic*, under the supervision of the Compagnie des Architectes en Chef des Monuments Historiques - Marie-Suzanne de Ponthaud -, and the consultancy Nemo-K, is now complete.

The program of the operation included :
  

  • the reinforcement of the framework 
  • stripping, scraping, painting 
  • diagnosis: waterproofing, membrane, anti-volatile 
  • scaffolding and acoustic covers 
  • heat-shrinkable containment 
  • protection of glass surfaces 
  • Vibration and noise control systems 
  • fire safety 

 
For perfect site monitoring, the teams used the FinalCad application to carry out nearly 150 significant repairs.
