APRR : Contractual review of toll rates

Toll rates were subject to an annual review on February 1st of 2026, the terms of which were set out in the contract between the concession companies and the French Government. In 2026, the average increase in rates will be 0.94% for APRR motorways and 0.95% for AREA motorways.

Motorway concession companies revise toll rates in accordance with the terms defined in the contracts signed with the French Government. Following a rigorous process, these revisions were presented to the members of the national road network users' committee and then reviewed by the French Government to ensure compliance with the terms of the contracts.

• In 2026, for the APRR network, the average toll rate revision is +0.94%.

• In 2026, for the AREA network, the average toll rate revision is +0.95%.

These rate revisions are calculated in strict accordance with the contractual terms, taking into account the reference inflation rate and the investments requested by the French Government under the amendments to the concession contracts signed in January 2023.

Through concession agreements, the French Government has entrusted motorway concession companies with the upkeep, operation, maintenance, and financing of the concession networks in exchange for toll collection and an annual rate increase defined over the term of the concession agreement.
