On Monday, October 12th, the groundbreaking ceremony for the future Neomat CAM plant, a joint venture between Orano and XTC New Energy Materials Europe GmbH, took place at the Grand Port Maritime de Dunkerque.

The ceremony was attended by Chen Qingdong (XTC New Energy Materials Europe GmbH), Philippe Hatron (Orano), Michael Liu (Neomat), Nicolas Forain (Dunkerque-Port), Xavier Mony, and Marc Somma (Eiffage Génie Civil), joined by the engineering teams and all employees involved in the project.
