This operation is the first key step in the car park redevelopment project linked to the shopping centre extension and creation of a UGC Ciné Cité cinema. Eiffage Génie Civil Réseaux and Eiffage Route are also taking part in the works, commissioned by Unibail and scheduled for completion mid-2018. They represent 6 M€ of revenue and will mobilize a workforce of around 50 at the peak period.
