In addition, the program is part of the "1 building 1 work" charter and offers two watercolours and gouaches on paper by the artist Joël Blanc: "Le peintre et le photographe" and "Promenade sous le soleil de Monnet”. These works highlight the impressionist painting of the artist Claude Monnet and one of them depicts an equestrian scene, echoing the equestrian center of Montgeron, located near the residence.

After 20 months of work carried out by the teams of Eiffage Construction, the delivery took place at the beginning of July with the arrival of the new inhabitants of Montgeron.
