The project's site facilities were inaugurated yesterday by Xavier Mony and Christophe Sandré, in the presence of Audrey Baconnais-Rosez, Sub-prefect of Dieppe; Sébastien Jumel, President of the Dieppe Maritime agglomeration; Nicolas Langlois, Mayor of Dieppe and Departmental Councillor for Seine-Maritime; Alban Verbecke, Regional Action Director for EDF Normandy; and Dominique Lepetit, Coordinator for the Penly EPR2 Major Project.

This exemplary site facility is a perfect illustration of the collaboration between our various entities and partners, working together to create an optimal work environment for the EPR2 project teams.

A look back at a project completed in record time:

Summer - Autumn 2025: Administrative launch, soil remediation carried out by our teams, and the creation of deep foundations by Eiffage Construction.
Winter 2025-2026: The building's framework took shape before the modules were assembled by our partner, Portakabin.
Spring 2026: Finishing of the interior spaces, completion of the surrounding areas (roads, parking lots) by Eiffage Route, and installation of the cladding, connectivity, and security systems by Eiffage Énergie Systèmes.
June 2026: Inauguration! The culmination of exceptional teamwork, just days before more than 300 people are set to move in.
