In mid-December, Eiffage Services and OPERE (the maintenance units of Eiffage Concessions) received ISO 9001:2015 certification; this standard sets out quality management system implementation requirements, for companies seeking to enhance customer satisfaction and supply compliant products and services.  
OPERE, the operator of the Bretagne-Pays de la Loire high-speed rail link, also obtained ISO 14001 certification, which covers action to limit waste and nuisances and to offset the infrastructure's environmental footprint.  
These new certifications reflect the Group's proactive continuous improvement strategy. They confirm that, through an unrelenting focus efficiency, the maintenance units satisfy performance criteria that extend beyond mere compliance with contractual requirements. With these new certifications, Eiffage Concessions, via the certified entities, reasserts its status as a major player in maintenance and services, with a tight focus on quality, safety and protection for the environment and third parties.
