Eiffage Construction Delivers New Judicial Facilities in Montreuil

After two years of work, Eiffage Construction has delivered the new site housing the National Court of Asylum Law and the Administrative Court of Montreuil. This operation, carried out within the framework of a global performance contract, brings together, on a single site, two major jurisdictions in buildings designed to meet the functional, environmental, and urban challenges of the area.

Carried out as part of a global public performance contract, this project, led by Eiffage Construction as the lead contractor, includes the design-build and the operation-maintenance of the site for 5 years by Eiffage Services.

The National Court of Asylum Law is housed in a renovated building and a new extension totaling nearly 15,700 m², while the Administrative Court of Montreuil has a dedicated building of approximately 4,800 m².

The complex accommodates workspaces, courtrooms, as well as shared spaces, including a restaurant, a plenary hall, and a multi-purpose room, organized around landscaped areas.

As part of the urban renewal program for the La Noue district, the project also meets ambitious environmental objectives. Its bioclimatic design, its connection to the urban heating network, the use of low-carbon concrete and bio-sourced materials contribute to limiting its environmental footprint. The operation notably targets E3C1 level of the E+C- label, as well as the BiodiverCity® and Bio-sourced Building labels.

Congratulations to all the teams involved, as well as to all project partners, for the success of this operation!
