Eiffage Foundation: become a volunteer mentor for suburban-based micro-entrepreneurs in France

he Eiffage Foundation is launching an appeal for volunteers among all Eiffage employees in France, to provide support for suburban-based micro-entrepreneurs, in conjunction with the Positive Planet France association.

Positive Planet France is part of the Positive Planet network founded by Jacques Attali. The association’s branches provide support for jobseekers from priority neighbourhoods to help them successfully create their own suburban-based businesses: nearly 70% of businesses created are still going after three years and 20% of micro-entrepreneurs go on to find salaried employment.
The Eiffage Foundation has already provided support to three Positive Planet branches in Marseille, Le Havre and Paris, alongside Eiffage employee project supporters.

Appeal for skills volunteering among Eiffage employees

The association is looking for volunteer professionals to mentor future entrepreneurs. The Eiffage Foundation is launching an appeal for skills volunteering among all Eiffage employees in France. Two volunteering opportunities are possible:
-  Technical support: specific and periodic support to respond to entrepreneurs’ professional questions in the following fields: finance, accounting, legal, commercial, marketing, communication, digital.
- Entrepreneur mentoring: an individual peer-to-peer relationship with the entrepreneur to help them improve their individual skills and gain perspective.
