This complex project, conducted from a barge, required state-of-the-art expertise in a challenging maritime environment to carry out the key operations:

• Removal of existing structures
• Vibro-driving and piling of steel piles nearly 1.6 meters in diameter
• Installation of mooring structures and equipment (fenders and bollards)

To achieve this, we mobilized substantial maritime and land-based resources, including our EGCM01 barge, a 300-ton crane, and an IQIP S90 pile-driving hammer.

This operation enhances the safety of mooring operations and the overall performance of the port's oil infrastructure, a critical component of Togo's maritime economy.

Mooring dolphins are piles anchored to the seabed, designed to withstand the significant forces exerted by vessels and maritime conditions.
