This extensive programme is fully in line with Eiffage Construction’s CSR approach and aims to give a new lease of life to all the buildings on rue des Fuchsias, while improving residents’ quality of life. The work includes façade renovation, replacement of exterior joinery, painting works, and refurbishment of guardrails. The outdoor areas will also be redesigned to encourage shared spaces and enhance the friendliness of the neighbourhood.
Beyond improving comfort, the project meets high environmental requirements: the rehabilitated homes will achieve an energy consumption of less than 90 kWh/m², earning a “B” rating. The works also include a material reuse strategy, contributing to reducing the project’s carbon footprint.
Aware of the human challenges of an occupied-site rehabilitation, the team places great importance on maintaining constant dialogue with residents. Information workshops, organised with the support of Récipro-Cité, foster communication, listening, and social connection throughout the works — in line with Eiffage Construction’s CSR commitments to inclusion and community living.
Planned over 24 months, this operation mobilises nearly 60 workers and includes more than 14,800 hours of inclusion.
Congratulations to all teams involved in this remarkable project, which combines technical excellence, environmental responsibility, and genuine care for residents.
