Since 2014, Positive Planet Le Havre has been supporting the creation of businesses in priority areas designated by French urban policy. This free support for project stakeholders enabled the creation of 30 businesses in 2016.

As part of the “Charte entreprises et quartiers” scheme, the Eiffage Foundation is providing support to the association to help it extend its scope of action from Le Havre to Fécamp and Rouen (Seine-Maritime), with contributions from regional offices in the Construction and Infrastructures divisions. Francis Debrey, head of development at Eiffage Construction Haute-Normandie, is following the project locally.
