The hotel will offer 105 rooms equipped with HVA Concept bathrooms (built off-site), including 6 luxury suites, in an area of more than 3,500 m². It will also include 2 seminar rooms of 35 m², a private club area, a restaurant on the ground floor and a terrace bar with a swimming pool. In terms of architecture, the hotel will resemble a large seaside villa overlooking the port and the city.

This hotel will add to Les Sables-d'Olonne's range of top-of-the-range hotels, helping to boost the town's appeal and economic dynamism.
 
Completion of all building trades is scheduled for March 2024. The hotel team will then take possession of the premises to install the various equipment needed to run the hotel, such as fixtures and fittings, furniture and decoration. It is scheduled to open to the public in September 2024 for the start of the Vendée Globe.
