The project includes earthworks for the 6,000 m³ courtyard, wastewater and rainwater drainage, as well as the heating and dry networks (low-voltage drinking water supply, lighting and fibre optics), paving and deactivated concrete pathways, stone and self-patinating steel kerbs and water mirror fountains.

The project is due to be handed over in time for Caen's millennium celebrations in 2025!
