The contract includes the design and construction of building frameworks for the new low-pressure reverse osmosis (LPRO)* treatment plants, the upgrading of power supply for the water treatment plants in Neuilly‑sur‑Marne and Choisy‑le‑Roi, and the conversion of the Méry‑sur‑Oise plant to equip it with the LPRO technology. It also covers demolition operations, the creation of special foundations, and the construction of ancillary buildings on a general contracting basis.
The LPRO streams concern membrane buildings, associated reactive buildings, a Multiflo decantation (wastewater treatment) facility, and their connection networks and infrastructure. The overhaul of plants power supply includes high-voltage transformer substations, upgrades to existing substations, and the high-voltage connection networks and infrastructure.
The overall design process has been awarded by Veolia to its subsidiary OTV and project management support to Egis Eau. Within the design and build consortium, LELLI Architectes and MVRDV are respectively in charge of architectural services for the facilities in Choisy‑le‑Roi and in Neuilly‑sur‑Marne.
